2. How We Use Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies, which the site needs to work (signing in, security). They do not require your consent.
- Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics), which help us understand how the job board is used. They are only placed if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you refuse, or do not choose, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
We do not use advertising or social media tracking cookies.

4. Audience Measurement Cookies (with your consent)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure visits to our pages (pages viewed, approximate location, device type, traffic source). We use these statistics only to improve the website and the visibility of our missions; we do not use them to identify you or for advertising.
Google may process this data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. More information: Google Privacy Policy.

5. Your Choice and How to Change It
When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept or refuse audience measurement cookies; refusing is as easy as accepting. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which we ask again.
You can change your choice at any time: . If you withdraw your consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted.
You can also view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in.
