ACTIVITIES
- Project Support & Coordination: Provide comprehensive support to project leaders and architects in the end-to-end management of renovation and maintenance works, from planning to completion.
- Contractor Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for contractors, coordinating their activities, scheduling, and ensuring smooth on-site operations across various locations.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor work progress against project plans, identifying potential deviations, and assisting in troubleshooting and problem-solving to keep projects on track.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that all works adhere to specified quality standards, architectural designs, and, critically, robust safety protocols, especially in sensitive heritage contexts.
- Administrative Management: Perform essential administrative tasks, including managing project documentation, tracking budgets, processing invoices, and preparing progress reports.
- Logistics & Site Management: Assist with site logistics, material procurement coordination, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources for project execution.
