Business Analyst

Support a strategic learning transformation programme by coordinating workstreams and shaping future training spaces and operating models. This part-time mission blends business analysis, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

CONTEXT

Our client, a major player in its sector, has launched a strategic learning transformation programme to redesign how people learn, collaborate, and operate. The programme covers future training spaces, technical infrastructure, and operating models. The Head of Projects & Transformation needs a part-time partner—two days per week—to coordinate workstreams, manage stakeholders, and provide business analysis and change management support. This is a rare opportunity to shape a transformation from its early design stages.

ACTIVITIES

  • Coordinate multiple workstreams within the learning transformation programme.
  • Manage stakeholders across business, HR, IT, and facilities teams.
  • Perform business analysis to define requirements for future training spaces and technical infrastructure.
  • Support the design of new operating models and ways of working.
  • Provide change management support, including communication, training, and adoption plans.
  • Prepare documentation, workshops, and decision materials for the Head of Projects & Transformation.
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.

EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Clear and validated designs for future training spaces and technical infrastructure.
  • Robust operating models that support the organization's long-term vision.
  • Strong stakeholder alignment and buy-in throughout the programme.
  • Smooth change adoption with minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • A well-coordinated programme that delivers on time and within scope.

ENVIRONMENT

  • Business analysis and change management frameworks such as Prosci and ADKAR.
  • Collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, Miro, and MS Project.
  • Part-time (2 days/week) working rhythm with flexible coordination.
  • Cross-functional teams spanning HR, IT, facilities, and business units.
  • A programme environment focused on innovation, learning, and transformation.
