Change Manager
Own the end-to-end change lifecycle to protect a critical information system while minimizing business disruption. You will orchestrate change requests, CAB meetings, risk communication, and continuous improvement across production operations.
CONTEXT
Our client, a major player in its sector, depends on a complex information system that must stay available, secure, and under control. Every change, whether a small patch or a major release, carries risk: an outage can interrupt operations, damage trust, and create regulatory exposure. The Change Manager sits at the heart of this tension, transforming change from a chaotic stream of requests into a disciplined lifecycle that protects production while enabling progress. This role is central to the operational teams responsible for keeping the digital engine running.

- Organize and facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate risks, impacts, dependencies, and rollback plans before approving changes.
- Communicate change schedules, risks, and outcomes to business and technical audiences.
- Ensure process compliance and maintain accurate records in ITSM tools.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing change failures, trends, and KPIs.
