Cyber Defense Coordinator
Our client is looking for a Cyber Defense Senior Coordinator to keep its defense center aligned, measurable and constantly improving. You will orchestrate projects across SOC, incident response, threat intelligence and vulnerability management teams while turning technical reality into clear business decisions.
CONTEXT
Our client, a major player in its sector, is strengthening a Cyber Defense Center that has become the operational nerve centre of its security strategy. SOC analysts, incident responders, threat intelligence specialists and vulnerability managers each own a critical piece of the puzzle, but the center needs a coordinator who can connect the dots, keep commitments visible and turn continuous improvement into a repeatable rhythm. The role is not only about tracking projects: it is about creating a shared operating model where technical signals become business decisions. In a landscape where threats move faster than committees, the Cyber Defense Senior Coordinator will be the steady hand that keeps teams aligned, reports meaningful and initiatives moving from intention to measurable outcome.
ACTIVITIES
- Drive project management across SOC, Incident Response, Cyber Threat Intelligence and Threat & Vulnerability Management teams.
- Coordinate transverse initiatives and ensure strategic topics have clear owners, milestones and follow-through.
- Prepare reporting, communication materials and management updates for technical and business stakeholders.
- Improve CDC ways of working through rituals, documentation, metrics and feedback loops.
- Interface between technical teams and business leaders, translating cyber risk into clear priorities.
- Identify dependencies, risks and bottlenecks, then facilitate pragmatic resolution.
