ACTIVITIES

As a Medior ECM Developer, you will be instrumental in the full lifecycle of solution development, from initial concept to deployment and ongoing refinement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and architecting robust and scalable Enterprise Content Management solutions primarily on SharePoint Online, Office 365, and the Power Platform.
• Developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts.
• Implementing innovative AI-powered functionalities and web parts to enhance data extraction, process automation, and intelligent content categorization.
• Collaborating closely with business analysts, solution architects, and end-users to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Conducting rigorous testing, debugging, and quality assurance for all developed applications to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Participating actively in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Providing technical documentation, user guides, and training to support the adoption and successful utilization of new digital tools.
• Staying abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft technologies, especially within the ECM space, to propose and implement innovative solutions.
