The replacement is a new regulatory management application that must be robust, auditable, and secure by design. This is not just a technical upgrade; it is a foundational shift toward digital sovereignty and operational excellence. The project is run in an agile Scrum environment where traceability and security are non-negotiable pillars.
ACTIVITIES
As a Senior Full Stack Java Developer, you will design and develop back-end services with Spring Boot, build responsive front-end interfaces with Angular, and ensure seamless integration between them. You will participate in architecture design, data migration from the legacy system, and integration with third-party systems. You will write clean, tested, and maintainable code, perform code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation. You will also collaborate with business analysts, architects, and quality assurance engineers to refine requirements and deliver increments that meet regulatory standards.

The data migration will be complete, accurate, and auditable. The application will provide a secure, traceable, and user-friendly experience, while integrating smoothly with third-party services. Your work will reduce technical debt, improve compliance, and empower the administration to adapt quickly to future regulatory changes.
ENVIRONMENT
The environment is built around Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, SQL databases, and modern CI/CD pipelines. You will work in a Scrum team with daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Security, traceability, and documentation are embedded in every phase. Expect a collaborative, agile culture with a strong focus on code quality and continuous improvement.
