The ICT department is looking for a senior professional who can act as both a service manager and a functional analyst, ensuring that critical systems such as Iptor for finance and EasyPay for HR remain stable, compliant, and aligned with evolving business needs. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and suppliers, where clear communication and structured analysis can prevent small incidents from becoming major disruptions. You will help shape the future of applications that directly affect employees and operational teams.
ACTIVITIES
- Ensure service management for financial and HR applications, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Perform functional analysis of business requirements and translate them into clear specifications.
- Analyze and optimize business processes in collaboration with finance and HR teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
- Support application evolution, testing, documentation, and user adoption.
- Monitor service performance and propose continuous improvement actions.
