HR Project Manager
Lead complex SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors transformation programmes for large Belgian organisations, from scoping to go-live. You will combine deep project-management discipline with HR technology expertise to deliver measurable business change.
CONTEXT
Our client, a major player in its sector, is driving large-scale HR technology programmes for complex Belgian organisations. The B-HR landscape combines SAP HCM heritage with SAP SuccessFactors innovation, and the organisation needs a senior project leader who can steer both technology and business transformation.
ACTIVITIES
- Lead SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors projects from scoping and business case through design, build, test, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and quality across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, HR process owners, IT, and business representatives in a demanding on-site Brussels context.
- Drive workshops, UAT cycles, cutover planning, change management, and adoption activities.
- Report progress to steering committees and ensure project governance remains rigorous, transparent, and decision-oriented.
EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Deliver complex HR technology programmes on time, within budget, and with high user adoption.
- Modernise HR operations for large Belgian organisations while protecting compliance, data quality, and employee experience.
- Establish project methodologies and governance patterns that can be reused across future B-HR initiatives.
