ACTIVITIES

• Lead the entire project lifecycle for the enhancement and extension of the course management web platform, from detailed planning and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in close collaboration with stakeholders, including educators, students, and technical teams.
• Manage a dedicated project team (including an Analyst and a Developer), fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Oversee the development and integration of new key functionalities, such as advanced student progress tracking systems, intuitive planning and scheduling tools, and a seamless, integrated communication platform.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues efficiently to keep the project on track and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and resource utilization, providing regular, transparent updates to all stakeholders.
• Ensure the successful deployment and adoption of new features, coordinating user training and support as needed.
• Maintain high standards of software quality and user experience throughout the development process, championing best practices in project management and software development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the project, facilitating effective communication between the technical team and business stakeholders.
