Java Angular Developer
Join a public-interest digital transformation programme and build secure, user-centred applications used by citizens and administrative teams. This hybrid Brussels mission combines Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and Agile delivery to modernise high-impact services at scale.
CONTEXT
Our client, a major player in its sector, is driving a digital transformation programme with real public impact. Several high-stakes services that were once fragmented, paper-heavy, or difficult to navigate are being redesigned as modern digital journeys for citizens, students, and administrative teams. The organisation needs confirmed developers who can do more than close tickets: people who understand the importance of reliable public services, can work cleanly within an Agile environment, and can help modernise applications without disrupting essential operations. The programme covers multiple streams, including citizen-facing single-window services, student support journeys, and information systems that require careful handling of sensitive data. The technical foundation is already established around Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and relational databases, but the work remains challenging: legacy integration, complex business rules, accessibility expectations, and the need for smooth continuous delivery. This is a twelve-month hybrid mission in Brussels for developers who want their code to serve a clear public purpose.
