They seek a Medior Business Analyst to be the visionary bridge between complex user needs and innovative technical solutions, adding features like sophisticated student progress tracking, advanced scheduling capabilities, seamless integrated communication tools, and a robust RESTful API to unlock future integrations. You will be part of a close-knit, agile team, working to build the next generation of digital learning tools that empower both educators and learners.

ACTIVITIES

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from various stakeholders (teachers, students, administrators) for new functionalities and system enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Developer to define scope, prioritize features, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
• Design and model new functionalities such as student progress tracking, advanced planning modules, and integrated communication features.
• Specify requirements for a robust RESTful API, facilitating integration with other systems and external applications.
• Conduct impact analyses, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for proposed changes and new features.
• Participate in the testing phase, ensuring that developed solutions meet the defined requirements and deliver expected value.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback, validate solutions, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and the development team, ensuring clear understanding and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution.
