OT Cybersecurity Program Manager

Lead a critical OT cybersecurity program across industrial automation and network environments. Drive two strategic positions from secondment to permanent while securing operations in Brussels, Kempen, and West Flanders.

CONTEXT

Our client, a major player in its sector, is confronting a new era of cyber threats targeting operational technology. As industrial automation and legacy networks converge, the risk to production, safety, and continuity has never been higher. The organization is launching a strategic OT cybersecurity program and has two positions available. The program spans Brussels, Kempen, and West Flanders, with a secondment-to-permanent contract path for the right leaders. This is a mission for someone who understands both the factory floor and the security operations center.
