Program Manager

Build a sustainable governance and portfolio management framework for a critical ICT transformation. This interim mission is ideal for a program leader who can bring structure, financial discipline, and momentum to a fast-evolving operating model.

CONTEXT

Our client, a major player in its sector, is rethinking how its ICT department operates. A new operating model is being introduced, and with it comes the need for stronger governance, clearer portfolio oversight, and a reliable way to track investments, risks, and value delivery. The organization has ambitious applications and asset-related initiatives, but without a coherent framework, priorities can fragment and reporting can lose its power. The interim program manager will step into this moment of change to design and embed the structures that allow leaders to steer with confidence. This is a mission for someone who enjoys turning ambiguity into a workable, sustainable system.
