SAP FSM Consultant

Take ownership of an end-to-end field service vision for a major public-sector digital transformation and connect field operations with a broad SAP ecosystem. The role blends solution design, cross-module integration, intervention optimisation and coaching of junior SAP FSM talent.

CONTEXT

Our client, a major player in its sector, is modernising how public water operators manage field interventions across Wallonia. The transformation is not just an SAP rollout; it is a shift from fragmented planning and maintenance habits to a connected field-service model where technicians, planners, assets and finance speak the same digital language. The Senior SAP FSM specialist will be a central architect and storyteller of that change, translating operational realities into a vision that can be configured, adopted and sustained.

ACTIVITIES

  • Own the end-to-end Field Service Management vision and translate it into a coherent SAP FSM roadmap.
  • Integrate field processes with SAP PM, MM, FI and HR so that interventions, maintenance, resources and costs are visible in one ecosystem.
  • Optimise intervention planning, preventive and corrective maintenance, resource scheduling and field mobility.
  • Coach and upskill junior SAP FSM employees, building internal confidence and long-term autonomy.
  • Facilitate workshops with operational teams, challenge existing practices and turn business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Support testing, adoption and continuous improvement once the field-service model is live.
