CONTEXT
Our client, a major player in its sector, is launching a 25-month part-time mission to modernize a legacy Adobe ColdFusion application into a future-proof low-code platform. The project is structured in three distinct phases, each with critical deliverables and high visibility. The organization is betting on innovative migration methodologies that combine AI, code analysis, and model-driven development. To navigate this complexity, they need a seasoned Scrum Master who can keep the team aligned, motivated, and focused on value delivery.
ACTIVITIES
As Scrum Master, you will facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will coach the team on Scrum principles and remove impediments that slow progress. Beyond ceremony facilitation, you will coordinate general project activities, manage stakeholders, and monitor scope, planning, budget, quality, and risks. You will work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy backlog and ensure priorities are clear. You will also foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement, helping the team adapt to the unique challenges of AI-assisted legacy migration.

You will work with Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile approaches. Tools include Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and collaboration platforms. The technical context involves Adobe ColdFusion, Mendix, AI code analysis, and model-driven development. You will interact with architects, developers, functional analysts, and business leaders. A part-time engagement (25 months) offers flexibility while demanding strong organizational and communication skills.
