Senior Business Analyst (Energy Sector)

ACTIVITIES

• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business needs, regulatory changes, and market developments specifically within the Belgian energy market.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications, processes, and comprehensive UMIG (User Manual for Implementation Guidelines) documentation.
• Design innovative and effective solution architectures in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate and lead workshops with diverse stakeholders, including business users, IT developers, and external partners, to elicit and refine requirements.
• Act as a central communication hub, ensuring seamless information flow and understanding between business and IT throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide the business analysis process from the initial identification of a need through to the final stages of implementation and comprehensive testing.
• Provide expert consultancy on best practices for business process optimization and requirements management within the energy domain.
• Support project managers in defining scope, managing risks, and ensuring the timely delivery of solutions.
