Senior Credit Operations Officer

Step into a pivotal credit operations role where you will keep professional and individual lending running smoothly while safeguarding operational risk. You will be the trusted bridge between business partners, clients, and control teams, turning daily complexity into continuity and confidence.

CONTEXT

Our client, a major player in its sector, has built its lending operations around a simple promise: when professionals and individuals need credit, the process should feel controlled, transparent, and dependable. Behind that promise sits a transversal business function that acts as the operational backbone for credit portfolios, connecting relationship managers, credit analysts, compliance teams, and clients across multiple entities. The client is now strengthening this backbone with a senior operations officer who can keep daily credit support and control running like a well-tuned engine, while also helping absorb change, resolve incidents, and protect the organization from operational risk. The role is not just about checking boxes; it is about creating continuity, trust, and a smoother experience for every stakeholder involved in the credit lifecycle.
