ACTIVITIES

As a Senior Full-stack Developer, you will embrace end-to-end product responsibility within your Agile squad, translating complex business requirements into elegant, high-performing digital solutions. Your core activities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and resilient backend services using Java and the Spring Boot framework, focusing on clean architecture, API design, and data integrity.
• Building responsive, user-friendly, and highly interactive frontend interfaces with React, ensuring an exceptional user experience across web and potentially mobile platforms.
• Collaborating closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other developers within your Agile squad to define requirements, refine user stories, and deliver features iteratively.
• Contributing significantly to the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automating testing, deployment, and monitoring processes to ensure rapid and reliable releases.
• Writing comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to guarantee the quality and stability of your code, adhering to strong software craftsmanship principles.
• Participating in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and sharing knowledge to elevate the technical capabilities and best practices across the team.
• Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues in production environments, ensuring high availability and performance of critical applications.
• Actively engaging in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.
