Senior Functional Analyst
Lead the analysis of complex business processes and turn them into clear functional direction for ICT and data projects. You will facilitate workshops, model processes, and shape user stories that guide teams from ambiguity to deliverable solutions.

ACTIVITIES
- Analyze business processes and map current and future states for ICT and data services projects.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to uncover needs, align priorities, and resolve ambiguities.
- Draft process definition documents using BPMN and UML where appropriate.
- Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for delivery teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, testers, and data specialists throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and process gaps, then propose pragmatic solutions.
- Ensure documentation remains coherent, traceable, and useful for both business and technical audiences.
