ACTIVITIES

As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will immerse yourself in all phases of the project lifecycle, operating within an Agile environment. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously analyze existing business processes and deeply understand evolving business needs through close collaboration with diverse stakeholders. You will skillfully translate these complex business requirements into detailed, actionable functional designs, user stories, and specifications that guide development teams. This involves not only documenting 'what' needs to be built but also collaborating on 'how' it can be best implemented. You will facilitate workshops, conduct thorough impact analyses, and ensure clear communication between business units and technical teams. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end follow-up on delivery, supporting testing phases, validating solutions against initial requirements, and actively participating in change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new applications.

ENVIRONMENT

The technological and methodological environment is highly collaborative and centers around Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban). You will frequently utilize project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage requirements and track progress. For process modeling and visualization, familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) tools will be beneficial. You will work closely with development teams, architects, and quality assurance specialists, often interacting with prototyping tools to visualize solutions. While not a developer role, a strong understanding of IT systems, data flows, and potentially SQL for data analysis will be advantageous.
