The operational environment is fast-paced and highly focused on regulatory compliance and risk management. You will work extensively with internal compliance systems and dedicated financial crime detection platforms, along with standard business productivity tools like MS Office Suite. A deep understanding of various regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AML Directives, FATF recommendations) is essential. Methodologically, you will engage in structured risk assessment processes, operational process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex regulatory guidelines. Collaboration with legal, compliance, and client-facing teams will be a daily occurrence, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a professional, ethical, and secure setting.
