ACTIVITIES

- Develop custom scripts and solutions (e.g., PowerShell, Azure Functions) for automation, integration, and bespoke functionalities within the M365 ecosystem.
- Provide expert-level operational support and advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services, resolving intricate technical challenges.
- Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations, operational procedures, and user guides to foster knowledge sharing and best practices.
