The organization has chosen Microsoft technologies as the backbone of its development strategy, and it needs a Senior .NET Developer to lead by example. ACTIVITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical designs.
- Perform code reviews and enforce best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Provide technical coaching and mentorship to developers across the team.
