Senior Project Manager
Lead end-to-end validation and test strategy for complex digital journeys spanning multiple applications and organisations. You will coordinate campaigns, manage anomalies, and provide confident Go/No Go recommendations for production releases.
CONTEXT
Our client, a major player in its sector, is modernising critical public-facing digital services where reliability is not optional. A complex programme spans multiple applications, organisations, and user journeys, and the success of each release depends on rigorous end-to-end validation. The organisation needs a senior project manager who can bring method, calm, and operational expertise to test teams working across interconnected systems. The story is set in a domain where a single anomaly can affect thousands of users, and where every Go/No Go decision must be based on evidence, coordination, and a deep understanding of the full journey. The mission is to make quality visible, measurable, and trusted from the first test strategy to the final production release.
