ACTIVITIES

Your days will be dedicated to the meticulous planning, execution, and oversight of multiple, concurrent Conversational AI and Chatbot projects. You will act as the central orchestrator, translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans, defining scope, setting clear milestones, and allocating resources effectively. A core aspect of your role will be to champion and implement agile methodologies, ensuring iterative development, continuous feedback, and rapid adaptation to evolving requirements. You will expertly manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks. Communication will be paramount; you'll foster seamless collaboration between diverse internal teams (developers, data scientists, UX designers, policy experts) and external stakeholders, bridging technical capabilities with public service needs. Furthermore, you will be responsible for meticulous project tracking using tools like Jira, providing transparent progress updates and ensuring accountability across all project phases.
