ACTIVITIES

• Design, create, and maintain robust software packages (EXE, MSI, MSIX) for deployment across a large enterprise environment.
• Utilize industry-leading packaging tools such as Installshield and WISE to develop highly reliable and efficient installers.
• Perform comprehensive testing of software packages to ensure compatibility, stability, and adherence to corporate standards.
• Collaborate with application owners, IT operations, and security teams to understand packaging requirements and resolve deployment issues.
• Document packaging procedures, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software installation and configuration problems.
• Contribute to the optimization and automation of software distribution processes.
