Senior UI Designer
Our client needs a Senior UI Designer to transform complex business applications into clear, consistent and accessible experiences. You will shape a living Design System, test prototypes with real users and help product teams ship interfaces that feel effortless.
CONTEXT
Our client, a major player in its sector, is reshaping a portfolio of business applications used by thousands of professionals and citizens. Over time, the interfaces have accumulated legacy patterns, inconsistent components and accessibility gaps, and the organisation has decided to treat this evolution as a product and experience transformation rather than a simple visual refresh. A new design practice must bring order, empathy and measurable quality to every screen while respecting the constraints of a public-service environment. The Senior UI Designer will join at a pivotal moment, when visual identity, Design System governance and user testing are becoming shared foundations for product and development teams. The story is about turning administrative complexity into calm, accessible digital journeys that people can trust.
