ACTIVITIES
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Lead and support transformation projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Produce accurate, compelling, and compliant technical public procurement documents.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to capture current and future states.
- Develop business cases, impact analyses, and decision-support materials for executive committees.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and IT teams to ensure procurement and project governance requirements are met.
- Monitor and report on transformation progress, risks, and benefits realization.
